These 9 areas of life are what completes us as a person. If one of those areas is incomplete or out of sync, it causes a wave within our body, a negative vibration. This negative vibration is what causes our mental health to deteriorate. 

We are all guilty of letting parts of life slide during times of stress, so what we need to do is maintain a balanced life. This is easier said than done, but with help and support, you can turn your life around!!

SO A BALANCED LIFE IS WHEN OUR CIRCLE OF WELL BEING IS COMPLETE, AND ALL IS WELL. 
IF A POSITIVE CHANGE HAPPENS IN OUR LIFE, THE CIRCLE IS STILL COMPLETE BUT WITH AN ADDED EXTRA SPACE, WHICH GIVES US ROOM TO GROW OUR OTHER AREAS. 
A NEGATIVE CHANGE IS WHERE ONE OF OUR AREAS SHRINKS, LEAVING A GAP IN LIFE AND TAKES US OUT OF SYNC, WHICH MEANS WE NEED TO GROW THAT AREA TO BECOME COMPLETE AGAIN.
